Each of our plans has ample room for modification with the addition of a front dormer or amenities such as a built-in fireplace. For example 1,842 SF on the 1st floor plus 556 SF on the 2nd floor as shown on the attached sample floor plan. Your cape can be customized to include cathedral ceilings, oak or maple kitchen cabinets, a master bath and Jacuzzi tub, open balconies, dormers and porches, among other available options.
PLEASE NOTE: Log siding is not included and must be supplied and installed by builder. Builder must make WMH aware of siding thickness to prep windows properly.
