A recent Vineyard collaboration is a 4,600-square-foot modern-colonial style residence with six bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms, marking two major milestones: the 8,000th home built by Westchester Modular Homes and the 100th completed by Squash Meadow Construction. These achievements reflect decades of shared innovation, partnership, and commitment to excellence.
For this project, Westchester Modular Homes designed and manufactured the modules in Wingdale, NY, while Squash Meadow handled site preparation, delivery, on-site assembly, and detailed finishing work. The result is a seamless blend of factory-built quality and local craftsmanship, with every detail thoughtfully executed.
