The Westchester Modular Homes team brings decades of modular home building experience. Each member of our team brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that every project we undertake meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

GERRY HATCHER
President
Since 2021, Gerry has held the role of President of Westchester Modular Homes. Prior to being President, he was in charge of operations in varying positions of increasing seniority. He started his career at Frito-Lay as a Project Engineer and grew up working summers in the family business at that time – HSF Construction. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In his spare time, Gerry enjoys playing basketball, skiing, snowmobiling, boating and traveling with his wife and three children.
JOHN COLUCCI
VP Of Sales & Marketing
John has been with Westchester Modular Homes since 1989 and in the modular industry since 1984. John has a BS in Marketing and is past president of the Building Systems Council and Modular Builders Housing Association. His primary responsibilities are Sales Management and in our nine-state market area and overseeing the marketing plan for the company. He is supported by strong Sales & Marketing Professionals.
Ken Decker
Controller
After 30+ years in global corporate finance and accounting, Ken joined WMH in 2021. Ken oversees finance/accounting, HR, transportation, and IT. Ken enjoys working in a small employee-owned business where each employee’s contributions truly make a difference. Outside of work Ken enjoys time with his wife, 4 children and grandchildren.
Mike Hatcher
Engineering Manager
Mike Hatcher has been with Westchester Modular Homes since 1990, and the Engineering Manager since 1996. Mike graduated from Villanova with a BS in Civil Engineering and worked during high school and college in the construction field, on both stick-framed and modular houses, some of them being very early homes from WMH. Mike runs both the Engineering and Order Processing departments and has a team of roughly ten people working with him.
Mike Heiney
Customer Service & Set Crew Manager
Mike has been in the construction field for 38 years, 36 of those years have been in the Modular industry. Mike has worked on the production line in many trades. Working his way up to crew chief in several trades to Supervisor, Quality Control, Set Crew Foreman and Production Manager. Mike was also a builder for 4 years doing turnkey projects. Mike have been with Westchester Modular Homes for 15 years and currently holds the role of Customer Service and Set Crew Manager.
Mike Marano
Regional Sales Manager, Long Island
Since joining Westchester Modular Homes in 2018, Mike Marano has been helping dozens of clients across Long Island each year bring their building concepts to life. Whether it’s a development or investment property, primary residence or vacation home, Mike has the experience, knowledge and patience to help clients throughout the entire process. Holding degrees from Western Connecticut University and the University of Connecticut, Mike brings a solid foundation in business administration and client management to his role. Skilled at using 3D design software, Mike is able to help each client perfect their vision and turn their project into reality.
Colin Rand
Regional Sales Manager
Colin has been with Westchester Modular Homes for 5 years. He is the Regional Sales Manager for Hartford, Litchfield Counties in Connecticut. As well as Ulster, Sullivan, Orange, Rockland, and Dutchess Counties in New York.
Kim Friedgen
Regional Sales Manager
Kim is a thirty-year Housing & Modular industry veteran, former business owner, national sales & marketing manager, custom builder and Building Industry board member & consultant, Kim offers the unique perspective from ‘both sides of the desk’ to build successful partnerships. From concept to completion, Kim brings strong industry & marketing knowledge, design, organizational and communication skills to the entire design/build team.
Thomas Stufano
Regional Sales Manager, NJ
Tom has been in the industry since 1981. Starting out in the family business as a young lad then growing into A top salesman at New England Building Products. He has run his own Building, Contracting and Design Business for 12 years. He has been with Westchester Modular Homes since 2002.
Tony Monti
Project Sales Manager
Tony is the Project Sales Manager at Westchester Modular Homes and has held that role for over five years. Prior to Westchester Modular Homes, Tony held senior sales positions at other companies and was the owner of Monti Surfaces & A.M.P.S for over 30 years.
Chris Leslie
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Chris is the Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Westchester Modular Homes. He has been with the company since 2004 and is responsible for managing Westchester’s website and social media advertising, as well as providing support to the outside Sales Team.
Marc Beatty
Regional Sales Manager
Marc has extensive experience in the modular home industry, and joined Westchester Modular Homes in 2014. He has worked in new construction, additions and renovations going back to college. Marc has also held roles in real estate development and has worked as a licensed real estate agent. He has experience in the modular industry from as early as 1991 working with several modular home companies. Marc is a graduate of Northern Vermont University.
Jeffrey Humber
Regional Sales Manager
Jeffrey Humber is a second-generation sales representative in the modular industry. He grew up in his family’s modular business and after graduating from Babson College with a business degree, he began his career as a manufacturer’s sales representative in 1986. He brings over four decades of modular knowledge and experience to his projects and customers. He has successfully completed hundreds of projects and is well versed in all types and phases of construction. He’s knowledgeable in all building materials and understands modular design completely. Like all Westchester Homes Sales Representatives, he is proficient in Chief Architect.
Lisa Napolitano
Sales Assistant
Lisa has been a Sales Assistant of 9 years at Westchester Modular Homes. She possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as a strong aptitude – coordinating logistics for special sales events.
David W. Wrocklage
Regional Sales Manager
Dave lives in Kittery Maine and works with the builders in Maine, Eastern New Hampshire, and Eastern MA, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket. Dave joined Westchester in 1991 and has been in the modular industry since 1985. He is versed in the 3D Chief Architect software and has designed homes from 800 sq ft to 12,000 sq ft. A number of his designs have won awards on Martha’s Vineyard and Greenwich, Ct. Dave graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BA in English and German. He has been married 46 years, has 2 sons, 2 granddaughters, and 4 grandsons.
Jim Woodside
Regional Sales Manager

Jim “Woody” Woodside has been a dedicated member of the Westchester Modular Homes team since 1988. With over three decades of experience within the company, Woody has held various key roles, including most recently, Regional Sales Manager for the Upstate New York area, as well as Project Manager. His extensive knowledge and expertise have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success in the upstate region.

Before joining Westchester Modular Homes, Woody gained valuable experience in the panelized building systems field. He also worked in retail lumber, specializing in kitchen designs, which provided him with a solid foundation in both the technical and customer service aspects of the building industry.

Woody’s commitment to excellence and his ability to manage complex projects have made him a respected leader and a trusted advisor to both his colleagues and clients. His long-standing career at Westchester Modular Homes is a testament to his dedication and passion for the modular home industry.
