Although our factory will remain open for production, our in-person on-premise tours are currently limited to specific tour dates shown below. PLEASE NOTE: This is a LIVE INTERACTIVE WEBINAR explaining the advantages of custom modular homes. You’ll also learn everything about the design and construction process as well as your options.

Although our factory is open for production, our on premise in person Open Houses are currently limited to our upcoming special events. Please see the next event date and times at www.wmh-factory-tour.com and RSVP.

In addition, we are offering factory and model homes tours to the public on an individual basis, but in order to keep our customers and employees safe we have put in specific procedures.

  • During the week all visitors will sign in at the front desk and have their contact information and temperature taken. On the weekends the hostess will take your information and temperature at the models
  • Facemasks must be worn by all visitors at all times
  • Parties will tour the models one at a time, while waiting parties must wait outside practicing social distancing at a minimum of 6’ apart.

          Saturday-Sunday 11 am – 4 pm

          Monday – Friday 2 pm – 4 pm (By Appointment Only)

Our Upcoming Tour Dates

Westchester Modular invites all interested home buyers to tour the design center &  factory. The tours are free and open to the public.
