This is a rental apartments project by WM Erath & Sons and it is located at Park Avenue, Amityville, New York, in Suffolk County on Long Island.

This complex is made up of 3 custom modular buildings nestled between existing rentals. Each of the buildings contains six one bedroom, one full bathroom apartments ranging in size from 700 to 800 square feet for a total of eighteen units. Several of the rental units are handicapped accessible. All of them have Quartz counters with white Shaker cabinets in the kitchens. They also offer 9ft ceilings and are laid out as seen in the photo & video galleries.
