These green prefab homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than typical homes. Built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC), our green modular homes include additional energy-saving features that typically make them up to 20-30% more efficient than standard homes.
How can I get my modular home Energy Star certified?
The Energy Star certification is done right in our Wingdale, NY factory. What does this mean to our customers? Westchester has eliminated the need for an outside rater to complete the Energy Star certification. This in-plant process will save our customers time and money.
